Cant connect to the server please fix as soon as possible help

I just bought a monthly card for $10 but I didnt get my diamonds or my VIP. Please fix this. My name is SlimShadLP16 and Im in the sapphire server. Please fix this as fast as possible. Thanks.

Ive been playing this game for about 4 months now, which I believe is a solid amount of time to give this game a review. The game itself is pretty bland, what I mean by that is: the dungeons and quests you do are pretty repetitive, and get old quickly. The fun part about this game for me is the player vs player. There are so many options for this and they are seriously so fun, frustrating and get me really involved. You can do things with your guild as well. Theyve added a marriage system recently which gives you great benefits. But the coolest thing about this game, and best of all, is making friends and talking to people in the open world chat. Ive made friends that I would consider long lasting on this game. Its pretty amazing. Theres a downside though, and this game is expensive, especially if you want to be good. It finds ways to make you spend more and more money, and Ill admit, Ive fallen for the gimmick and spent money too. But at this point I dont regret it. Im having way too much fun with this game! The game mods are very kind and have always answered my questions and helped me when I needed help with password resets etc. they also are always coming up with new updates for the game which keeps it interesting. Overall, Id give this game a 5/5 for its challenging pvp, fun conversation and engaging hours of non stop fun!

You could connect with AOL faster than this game would load.

I love this game but it always kicks me out in the middle of the game .

I think the Duels should give experience to the player that won, to support this I have done quite a bit of duels and wish they could earn the player experience, in conclusion the closer the 2 players levels r together the reward would be higher, also of a level 20 where to challenge a level 49 the 29 would get more experience than the level 49 would, also make a group chat, it would be like team chat but the group isnt limited to 4 players. -Falcon

Ok, here is an update. After playing this game for quite some time now, I have to say it is more of a money pit/pay to play kind of game. Every time you manage to pay enough to not be one shot in pvp events, more items/server merges are brought in to knock you back down. Honestly, I have dropped a couple thousand into this game personally and have not even scratched what the large population of players have paid for their positions (some have paid upwards of $18k). I strongly warn against this game unless you have a mountain of cash that you can drop on it, otherwise you will end up frustrated with not being able to participate in the pvp events without being one shot.

The game is total crap the progression is horrible if you dont have cash you cant play this game, I tried it and spent over $200 and still was not enough the VIP cap must be way over $1000 as of now the game and those behind it are on my bad list to not even try again

The only con about this game is that once you choose a different server than the one you are on, your account gets deleted even if its on accident.

Let me preface this rant by stating that I have been playing this game for months now and by all accounts, I thoroughly enjoy it. Im also a VIP player, so as a paying customer who has invested well over $100 on my character, I have every right to complain about a defective product. The reason Im giving this game a one star review is because Im so fed up with the complete lack of customer support offered by the developers. They are continuously updating the game with not-so-subtle ways to have players spend small fortunes on this game. Literally, thousands of dollars. Yet, when you have an actual problem that needs fixing, they dont seem to care. I have written to them 4 times over the course of a month now about a serious game defect, an upgraded skill which took hours of game play to acquire doesnt work in PvP, placing my character/class at a severe disadvantage, and not only have they not fixed this problem, they have flat out ignored all but the first of my emails. However, in the span of a month, theyve managed to roll out a new game update and server mergers (increase competition, increase profits)... This may sound OUTRAGEOUS, but if your product is defective, dont you think its worth fixing it before you go back to designing tiny outfits for obscenely disproportionate female avatars??? Im normally a very patient and level headed individual, which will give you a clearer understanding of how horrible they are at being a decent business. The only reason Im even writing this review is the hope that it might actually get their attention. FIX THE BOMBS OF BURSTING BARAGE. They dont paralyze in PvP. Trust me, I have tested this extensively. Please and thank you.

Great graphics, not much lag, and fun pvp system (sicero canyon is great!) makes it a two star but... The event schedules are very strict and they dont overlap them quite well so the content keeps it at 2 stars. For example: holy sword and resource battle on the same time for 30 mins. Steel jungle and despair canyon has a long waiting period too! If you want to be in par with the best top 10 these events are a must-do. The vip system keeps it a pay to win game but you can catch up, it just takes a long time lol! I do not recommend for players living in east coast because critical events are at night time like 11pm-2am lol, unless of course youre night shift or love the night time. Also, the matchmaking for pvp battles are way unbalanced (about 1 balanced out of 100 battles).

I hate it. It deleted all of my profile information, and when I log in, it tells me to create a character. Until I can get it back, it has a 1 in star review. I wish I could put 0. Its happened before and I got lucky. Hate it.

Probably one of the most expensive paid to win games Ive ever seen. The gameplay is smooth the graphics are nice blah blah blah The bottom line is if you dont become a VIP member and pay thousands of dollars youre not going to go anywhere in this game. The top of the VIP standing is $16,000 to get a average VIP youre talking at least a minimum of $1000. Now lets talk about support, there is none.
