Abysmal Customer Support, only care about $$$
Let me preface this rant by stating that I have been playing this game for months now and by all accounts, I thoroughly enjoy it. Im also a VIP player, so as a paying customer who has invested well over $100 on my character, I have every right to complain about a defective product.
The reason Im giving this game a one star review is because Im so fed up with the complete lack of customer support offered by the developers.
They are continuously updating the game with not-so-subtle ways to have players spend small fortunes on this game. Literally, thousands of dollars. Yet, when you have an actual problem that needs fixing, they dont seem to care.
I have written to them 4 times over the course of a month now about a serious game defect, an upgraded skill which took hours of game play to acquire doesnt work in PvP, placing my character/class at a severe disadvantage, and not only have they not fixed this problem, they have flat out ignored all but the first of my emails.
However, in the span of a month, theyve managed to roll out a new game update and server mergers (increase competition, increase profits)... This may sound OUTRAGEOUS, but if your product is defective, dont you think its worth fixing it before you go back to designing tiny outfits for obscenely disproportionate female avatars???
Im normally a very patient and level headed individual, which will give you a clearer understanding of how horrible they are at being a decent business.
The only reason Im even writing this review is the hope that it might actually get their attention.
FIX THE BOMBS OF BURSTING BARAGE. They dont paralyze in PvP. Trust me, I have tested this extensively. Please and thank you.
